- Disclose financial interests or conflicts of interest, if any.
- Maintain transparency in research reports and recommendations.
- Ensure fair and non-misleading communication with investors.
C. Responsibilities of Investors
- Conduct independent analysis before making investment decisions.
- Understand risk factors and product suitability before investing.
- Verify registration status of the Research Analyst on SEBI website.
- Carefully read disclosures and disclaimers in research reports.
- Do not rely solely on recommendations; consult financial advisors as needed.

- File a complaint with SEBI through SCORES.

- Lodge the complaint with details and Supporting documents.
